Information for Parents
Established relationships with parents mean we can share information positively and effectively to support every child as much as possible.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
Communication
Open communication between parents and staff is strongly encouraged. Teachers want to learn what's important to you as a parent and use that information when planning for the group.
Medical Information
In line with our regulator's requirements, we keep a copy of each child's immunisation record, or a written statement of religious or conscientious objection to immunisation.
Injuries
If your child is injured at the Centre, staff will administer basic first aid. If medical attention is required, we will reach parents immediately and call Emergency Services where needed.
Clothing
Exploration often gets messy! All of the materials we use are washable, but some paint colours can be stubborn — please send your child in clothes that you don't mind getting marked.
Nutrition
Food is not prepared for children at our centre. Children may bring a packed lunch from home or parents/guardians may order from Yum! Cayman (Mise en Place), our catering partner that delivers hot, fresh meals to our campus every day. You can sign up and order here to have your child's food delivered to their classroom.
Parent Resources
The Parent Handbook covers our mission, philosophy, policies, and day-to-day procedures. Forms below are PDF downloads — get in touch if you need help with any of them.
Parent documents will appear here once they're uploaded.
